sorry bad english, hope understand!
think have problem raspberry pi 2. raspberry 1 (model b) when rasp shutdown tv , usb devices power off. same boot: usb devices , tv power on raspberry.
raspberry 2 doesn't make same thing! when shutdown devices remaining powered , on boot no devices power on! more accurate, on boot there second usb devices power off , cause os can't recognize device @ startup.
can me? it's "feature", it's normal or it's problem of raspberry 2?
os, in both rasp1 , rasp2, osmc, think it's same other distributions.

making other tests, confirm when plug current cable rasp 2 there second of power exit usb port, flash (look yellow usb in video: https://goo.gl/photos/azk5vtj4k26juchs9). cause hdd (also other device) start , stop in second, , not recognizable in boot time.
it's correct? why old raspberry doesn't make same thing?
it's possible disable thing?
