Different bitrate for serial TX and RX?

regarding communications arduino on serial port:
is possible atmega328 , "standard arduino libraries" (or small modifications) receive data @ different (lower) speed compared transmit speed.

application in mind:
after setup routine, main loop log data received on slow serial communication , forward on higher speed serial-to-bluetooth module.
