3D Printed Smart Watch Bluetooth/UART Feedback and Guidance

hey arduino forum :)

over past month or have been designing atmel/arduino powered smart watch, reason posting here request feedback , guidance on programming interface , watch in general, watch bluetooth enabled, have oled screen , 5 way joystick. concern whether should allow programmed on bluetooth or have ftdi or other usb uart chip on board (the watch have bluetooth regardless). have achieved arudino programming on bluetooth in other projects, requires bluetooth virtual com port drivers , small reset circuit. ask opinion on whether should make watch programmable on bluetooth or using uart, having trouble deciding.

a few solutions thought of:
- bluetooth , reset circuit only
- pads available on circuit board user add reset components if want program on bluetooth
- adding usb uart chip wired programming
- using avr 2 serial lines both can used without need of header switch modes

here youtube video made lots more detail if interested in watch, check description overview , specs:

thank you,
will

upload on bluetooth, requiring reset sequence via joystick

ps> why using oled, won't flatten battery quickly.

i'd go 5110 lcd start with, or perhaps newer phone lcd screen.

what did model 3d box in ? openscad  i'd round top , make less square box.
