flash crashes firefox

hi there. none savvy pc user here asked new version of flash. everytime come across page uses flash, website tube video posted not always, browser (firefox v. 1.5.0.6) freezes. i'll forced close firefox, can start firefox again, i'll message telling me firefox still in operation , i'll have close before can start again. recourse until point has been reboot.

i've been through forums, , problem seems similar others, though ie , older version of flash.

your appreciated in advance.
