I dont see how to use a relay in a circuit

i can turn relay on/off  there 3 screws @ front, no, c, nc .  im not sure how go using switch. relay provides no power itself. have seen relay board 4 relays connected power supply relays provided power , easy use. @ least think how worked.  understanding workings of relay not problem. that's on youtube when try see how use relay.

i need simple diagram showing how relay fits circuit turn on motor or led , please ?

edit: relays don't provide power, switch power has provided outside.
