i wondering if possible have both community builder login , normal joomla login wherin artists can login through cb login , normal people otherwise...is possible. there many problems?

no. cb wotk cb login.

it however, quite safe replace standard joomla login , people know no difference.

i in similar situation paid club members , on them registering set access level author. cb profiles set viewable "special" members (author , above) there no problem random visitors seeing profile details. if want hide these people @ sign up, there addins believe - check box register artist , more options become available.

this may become easier in core joomla when full acl filters down, in 1.6.
