Some Links on the site are not working

hi everyone,

i made site in dreamweaver mx. in following website left side navigation links not working when try access them throught "links" page. these files present on server , can accessed home page , other pages not accessible through "links" page.

i don't know why happening.
can tell me please reason behind it.

i have created , applied new template, page, linking pages. problem still same when try access navigational links through links page.

any urgent in matter highly appreciated.
