Help! Retry caption disappeared

i made question slide retry caption, retry caption gone. option retry caption checked, doesn't work. how possible? can me?

for question, how many attempts allowing?

if click edit question... button, options tab, says "if wrong answer", need have more single attempt allowed in order retry message valid option.
