backup and restore apps - Raspberry Pi Forums

hi,
please suggest tool installed apps eg(libreoffice) pen drive , restoring later.
have tried download aptik,but failed.thanks ;)

do mean backup of installed files directories, or backup original install file, or backup data?

easiest thing take copy of .deb file package installed from, backup of files needed, plus package information , configuration scripts.

can find .deb files in /var/cache/apt/archives/ long haven't done "apt-get clean" rid of them.
