Block SMB Access by Mac Finder - Raspberry Pi Forums

hi,

made backup server raspberry pi , external hard drive.
used following instructions:
https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/ras ... d-windows/

set /home/bu , every file/folder within 700 using chmod -r 700 /home/bu.
works fine , can't access folder bu on network other windows machines, want.
although set these file permissions, can still access folder mac. can browse backup folder, without typing in password. want create multiple users, every member of family can make backups. because of privacy issues want block finder access.

searched web , website solutions, didn't find anything.

already,

i can browse backup files linux pc, needs fix, too.
