Arduino Due with Atmel SAM-ICE for debugging in Atmel studio 6

 ok wondering if has tried debug arduino project atmel studio 6 , got work.  i have got arduino sketch work arduino plug-in thats not wanting.  i want arduino sketch, whatever header files need or have you, working on due can debug using atmel sam-ice.  if has experience ever appriceated.  
 
 i love arduino ide smaller projects love due running (with arduino sketches) can debuged on jtag.....  i have need guess dont have right header files , not.
