wrote friend , figured share everyone.

begin, download file. end in .exe.

example: install.exe

right click on , select "open 'wine windows program loader'"

after installing, go top left corner of desktop , right click on "applications", select "edit menus"

window pop 2 different sections. on left, "menus", , on right, "items".

near bottom of menus portion, select wine. left hand side of window refresh, , display items in wine menu.

way right click on "new item". window appear titled, "create launcher".

type should "application", name name of game/program.

command interested in. leave window open , go applications menu @ top left. left click time , select "wine -> browse c:/ drive"

in here, there number of folders. "program files" need select, double click.

when ran instal.exe, installed program "virtual c:/ drive" browsing right now. don't have c:/ drive wine emulating 1 specific purpose of running windows programs. when installed pirates of caribbean, instance, created folder called disney. other disney games, download go in here.

if download game ubisoft, game go in ubisoft folder created upon install.

navigate through folder untill find file simular "launcher.exe" or "run.exe". stay away files resemble "uinstall.exe". unistall command.

right click on "launcher.exe" (we'll use name sake of tutorial) , right click, select properties.

next location should long string of text.

/home/dayrl/.wine/dosdevices/ unimportant. copy end of over.

c:/program files/disney/disney online/piratesonline

above string of text need run pirates of caribbean.

go "create launcher" window , (in command section) type "wine", press space once, , paste portion copied earlier.

right after end of text pasted, type "/launcher.exe". replace "launcher" actual .exe used launch game/program.

type want displayed when hover on shortcut in "comment".

pirates of caribbean "create launcher" window should create_laucher.png. found in same folder tutorial.

click on close, navigate shortcut (applications -> wine -> pirates of carribean) , game/program should start up!
