text / graphic align in table

in dreamweaver 8, create table - has 2 columns in first row , 1 column in second row. in column 1 of 1st row place graphic, in column 2 have text , in second row have text also. now, in dreamweaver, graphic looks align against left side of text in second column - when @ in browser, there huge gap.

can suggest fix?
