Micro SD not working

i have program working sd card data logging. had change around gps info , when , reading gps. turned gps function. after doing this, sd card not initialize more. @ loss.

i using mega board, k30 co2 sensor , weather gps shield sparkfun.

the 2 programs attached v3 works, v4 not.

any appreciated

i had been trying write sd card in gps function. commented althat part out , returned data logging main loop.
the card logging , right world!

however not understand why having data logging in function cause problem. have answer that?
