How to control the board through web app
so project build temperature monitor , control system. system consists of temperature sensor , multi-channel relay directly connect arduino yun. goal project readings sensor , control relay (turn on , off) when far away device. found lot tutorials on internet require arduino yun , controlling computer on same network, means can't control system far away.
i wondering if there way arduino yun communicate web app on remote network through wifi? have limited knowledge on network communications, kind of lost go here, appreciated!

the basic idea have open port on router let arduino server visible wan side, whereas visible in lan, say.
how open port depends on actual router hardware: can access router through browser form lan side , change settings there. particular 1 had explanation of how in manual.
once opened port outside world, , talk router arduino on port, access board outside browsing router's wan address , in through right port.
