Hiding text strings in a topic from a search

we have topics include hyperlinked text other topics. hyperlinked text displayed actual name of topic, in "creating project". there way set properties hyperlinked text excluded search. example, if user searches on word "project", topic containing hyperlinked text appear in hit list if topic has nothing projects (it contained link topic dealing projects).

note: not want include hyperlinked text related topic link hidden under button user has click in order see linked text. want text visible in body of topic.

i assume using compiled html posting in forum. if so, need understand search facility in chm file free form text search. such find instances of text string. if don't want hide link under button/image there no way know of of hiding topic in way describe. perhaps can prove me wrong?
